As an affiliate of the USBLN, the mission of the Indianapolis Business Leadership Network (IndyBLN) is to help businesses drive performance by leveraging disability inclusion in the workplace, supply chain, and marketplace. IndyBLN partners with local Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) chapters to provide diversity solutions and training for businesses.
IndyBLN is looking for business leaders and HR professionals who understand that it is what we can do that matters. IndyBLN provides shared tools and resources to build greater workforce diversity and enhance business opportunity.

The March 7, 2017 Indy BLN meeting focused on “Connecting Employers with Job Candidates with Disabilities.”
Angie Vandersteen and Jonie Fairbanks, from Tangram led a dynamic presentation to members on the fast growing Workforce Accelerator that you can view at workforceaccelerator.com. This tool is a Job Matching database that enables employers to find applicants with disabilities who meet their needs and helps people with disabilities find employers wanting their skill sets. Attached are two documents that explain more; one is a flyer and the other is a list of Frequently Asked Questions about the Accelerator.
