GREATER FORT WAYNE BLN

The Greater Fort Wayne BLN is working in Fort Wayne, IN, to encourage the local employers to hire persons with disabilities and to support them in the work place.

The goal of the Greater Fort Wayne BLN is to create a more diverse work force in our area by improving awareness among businesses regarding the resources for, and the benefits of, hiring people with disabilities.

The Fort Wayne BLN is made up of a volunteer committee of small and large businesses as well as service agencies who provide employment and other services to those that are disabled. Becoming a member of the Fort Wayne BLN provides businesses with:

• An untapped pool of talent and skills that disabled individuals can bring to the table
• Educational opportunities that dispel the myths of hiring persons with disabilities
• Business to business approach to educate and promote hiring individuals with disabilities
