The State of Indiana is establishing a Business Leadership Network (BLN). Planning for the Indiana BLN was initiated through collaboration between the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) and the Indiana Department of Workforce Development (DWD) with input from employers, community rehabilitation programs, and community-based organizations. FSSA divisions involved in this venture include the Office of Medicaid Policy and Planning, Vocational Rehabilitation, and Division of Mental Health and Addiction.
